Welcome to Accomplished Kids.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Accomplished Kids website, educational resources, programs, classes, tutoring services, physical products, and other services offered by Accomplished Kids, LLC (“Accomplished Kids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you are enrolling or permitting a child to participate in our services, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and are authorized to provide the permissions required for the child's participation.

1. About Accomplished Kids

Accomplished Kids provides supplemental reading and math instruction and educational materials for children and families. Our services include:

  • Online classrooms: access to class information, learning materials, activities, and class discussions with other enrolled learners.
  • Live online instruction: small-group classes and individual tutoring through video meetings.
  • Physical educational products: word packs and other educational materials shipped to families.
  • Digital learning resources: flashcards, interactive phonogram charts, worksheets, printables, and practice activities.

Some resources are free; others require payment or enrollment. The applicable listing describes the format, price, schedule, materials, and access period.

2. Educational Services

Accomplished Kids provides supplemental educational services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Accomplished Kids is not a school and does not award academic credit, diplomas, or official grades.

Our programs are not intended to replace a family's school, homeschool program, licensed educational evaluation, special education services, medical care, psychological care, or other professional services.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for determining whether an Accomplished Kids program or resource is appropriate for their learner.

3. Parent and Guardian Responsibility

For children under 13, parents or legal guardians are expected to manage enrollment, purchases, scheduling, account information, permissions, and administrative communications.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate enrollment and contact information;
  • Selecting programs they believe are appropriate for their learner;
  • Providing relevant information reasonably necessary for instruction;
  • Ensuring the learner has appropriate technology and internet access for online programs;
  • Reviewing applicable class descriptions, schedules, requirements, and policies; and
  • Supervising their child's use of the internet and technology as they consider appropriate.

Children under 13 should not independently submit payment information or create adult customer accounts.

4. Children's Privacy

Our educational services may be used by children under 13. Parents or legal guardians must manage enrollment and provide required permissions before a child uses features involving collection, use, or disclosure of personal information.

For learner identification, we request the child's first name rather than a full name. This does not mean that participation involves no other personal information. Online instruction may involve a child's image, voice, classroom posts, comments, submitted work, and information generated by the technology used to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice describe the information actually collected, its uses, who receives it, and applicable retention practices.

Where the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and its implementing rule (“COPPA”) require it, we will provide direct notice and obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing a child's personal information, unless a permitted legal exception applies. Accepting these Terms, purchasing a class, or permitting attendance does not by itself replace any required verifiable parental consent.

We will not require a child to disclose more personal information than is reasonably necessary for the activity. Parents may request review or deletion of their child's personal information and refuse further collection or use through the procedures in our Children's Privacy Notice. Withdrawal of consent may prevent continued use of features that require that information; any payment consequences remain subject to the applicable enrollment terms and law.

5. Free Educational Resources

We offer digital learning resources such as flashcards, interactive phonogram charts, worksheets, and practice activities. The flashcard and phonogram activities do not ask learners to submit personal information as part of using the activity. Website hosting, security, embedded services, or other technology may process technical information as described in our privacy notices.

Free resources are provided for personal educational use under these Terms. We may update, replace, or discontinue free resources.

6. Enrollment in Paid Programs

Accomplished Kids may offer paid classes, tutoring, memberships, educational programs, digital resources, or other services.

Before purchasing a paid service, parents or guardians should review the applicable program description, including:

  • Program content
  • Intended learner level or age range
  • Schedule
  • Duration
  • Price
  • Meeting frequency
  • Technology requirements
  • Materials requirements
  • Cancellation or refund terms

Submitting payment or completing enrollment constitutes agreement to the terms disclosed for that particular service in addition to these Terms.

If program-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific program terms will control with respect to that program.

7. Pricing and Payments

Prices for Accomplished Kids programs and services will be displayed at the time of enrollment or purchase.

Prices may change for future enrollments or purchases.

When payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, the transaction may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that authorized payments can be processed.

We will not knowingly accept payment information directly from a child under 13.

8. Recurring Programs and Payments

A paid class may involve a fixed tuition amount paid in installments, an ongoing subscription, or a single payment. The payment arrangement, amounts, timing, duration, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.

A fixed installment plan ends after the disclosed installments; it does not automatically become an ongoing subscription. An ongoing subscription renews only as disclosed and authorized at enrollment. Whether withdrawing from a class ends remaining installment obligations depends on the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.

The adult purchaser authorizes only the payment arrangement disclosed and accepted at checkout. Any applicable automatic payment and cancellation procedures will be provided during enrollment.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Missed Classes

Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and make-up policies may vary depending on the program.

The applicable policy will be disclosed in the program description, enrollment process, or other program-specific terms.

Unless otherwise stated, participation in a class or tutoring session requires attendance at the scheduled time.

Missed sessions do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund, credit, or make-up session.

If Accomplished Kids cancels a paid session and does not provide a reasonable substitute, rescheduled session, or other stated remedy, we will address the affected payment in accordance with the applicable program policy.

Programs purchased through third-party platforms may be subject to that platform's cancellation and refund policies.

10. Third-Party Platforms

We use service providers to support online classrooms, video meetings, scheduling, payments, and delivery of educational services. Applicable provider terms may also govern use of those tools. Families will not be required to have a child independently create an adult account or misrepresent the child's age.

Our privacy notices describe relevant provider processing of personal information. Use of a provider does not remove Accomplished Kids' obligations under applicable children's privacy law.

Classes purchased through an educational marketplace may be subject to that marketplace's enrollment, payment, communication, cancellation, and refund rules. Service interruptions are addressed under the applicable class policies and these Terms.

11. Educational Tools and External Resources

We may use or recommend third-party educational tools and resources when we believe they support learning.

Parents may be informed when an external tool is required for a program.

Where a third-party tool is intended for direct use by children, Accomplished Kids seeks to evaluate the tool's suitability and privacy practices before incorporating it into our programs.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services used by their children.

12. Learner Conduct

Accomplished Kids is committed to maintaining a respectful and productive learning environment.

Learners are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and other learners respectfully;
  • Participate in a manner that allows others to learn;
  • Avoid bullying, harassment, threats, or discriminatory conduct;
  • Avoid intentionally disrupting classes;
  • Use educational technology appropriately;
  • Avoid sharing inappropriate content; and
  • Follow reasonable instructor directions related to safety and learning.

Accomplished Kids may take reasonable steps to address behavior that substantially interferes with instruction or learner safety.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include communicating with a parent or guardian, temporarily removing a learner from an activity, or ending participation in a program.

13. Parent and Family Conduct

We expect parents, guardians, learners, instructors, and staff to communicate respectfully.

Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, discriminatory behavior, intentional disruption, or other conduct that threatens the safety or well-being of learners or staff may result in limits on participation or termination of services.

We will seek to address concerns reasonably and appropriately based on the circumstances.

14. Learning Results

Accomplished Kids is committed to providing thoughtful and high-quality educational instruction and resources.

However, every learner is different.

Academic progress may depend on factors including attendance, participation, prior knowledge, learning needs, practice outside of class, instructional frequency, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Accordingly, Accomplished Kids does not guarantee a particular grade, test score, reading level, academic placement, rate of progress, school outcome, or other specific educational result.

15. Educational Assessments

Accomplished Kids may use informal or instructional assessments to identify skills, monitor progress, or help determine appropriate instruction.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these assessments are educational tools and are not medical, psychological, neuropsychological, diagnostic, or special education evaluations.

Our instructors do not diagnose learning disabilities, developmental conditions, or medical conditions through ordinary tutoring or educational assessments.

Parents who believe their child may need a formal evaluation should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Accomplished Kids website and original educational materials are owned by or licensed to Accomplished Kids, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This may include:

  • Lesson materials
  • Flashcards
  • Games
  • Worksheets
  • Printables
  • Presentations
  • Graphics
  • Videos
  • Written content
  • Curriculum materials
  • Educational activities
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Website content
  • Digital resources

Access to a resource does not transfer ownership of that resource or its intellectual property rights.

17. Permitted Use of Educational Materials

Unless a resource expressly states otherwise, Accomplished Kids materials are provided for the personal educational use of the learner or family receiving access.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Sell or resell our materials;
  • Upload our materials to another website or public file-sharing service;
  • Republish or distribute substantial portions of our materials;
  • Remove copyright or ownership notices;
  • Present our original materials as your own;
  • Use our materials to create a competing commercial product or service; or
  • Provide paid access to materials that Accomplished Kids makes available under a limited-use license.

Parents may print downloadable materials for use by their own children when printing is permitted.

18. Use by Teachers, Tutors, Schools, and Organizations

Unless a resource specifically includes classroom, school, tutoring, or commercial-use rights, materials made available for family use are not automatically licensed for use with multiple students, clients, classrooms, or organizations.

Educators or organizations interested in broader use of Accomplished Kids materials should contact us regarding appropriate permission or licensing.

19. Photos, Videos, Testimonials, and Learner Work

Accomplished Kids will not knowingly publicly use an identifiable child's photograph, video, testimonial, educational work, or similar content for promotional purposes without appropriate parent or guardian authorization.

Where appropriate, promotional authorization will be requested separately from ordinary participation in an educational program.

Declining optional promotional authorization will not prevent a learner from receiving ordinary educational services.

20. Class Recordings

Live classes are recorded for internal staff use. Recordings may contain learners' first names, images, voices, participation, and work shared during a session. Recordings are not shared with enrolled families or other learners and are not made publicly available.

Before a child participates in a recorded session, the parent or legal guardian will receive notice of the recording practices, purposes, authorized access, and retention described in our privacy notices and Client Agreement. We will obtain any consent required by applicable law before recording.

Access is limited to authorized staff with a legitimate need and service providers needed to process or store the recordings. Recordings will be retained only as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose under our retention policy, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Families and learners may not record, photograph, take screenshots of, or redistribute live sessions or other learners' content without prior written permission from Accomplished Kids and any other required permissions. Ordinary class participation does not authorize promotional use of a child's image, voice, or work.

21. Online Classroom Access and Classmate Visibility

Online classroom access is provided in connection with the learner's enrollment. The parent or guardian manages account credentials and administrative contact information. Learners should use only their first name as their displayed learner name and should not add identifying details to profiles or posts.

Classmates may see a learner's displayed first name, posts, comments, and learning work shared in the class area. During live video meetings, participants may also see and hear one another. Families should select a background that does not expose private household information. This visibility is part of group participation and will be explained in the applicable parent notice and consent process.

Parents and learners must not share classroom credentials, meeting links, or access to restricted materials with people outside the authorized enrollment. Access duration and any access after a class ends will be disclosed with the class.

22. Classroom Discussions and Learner Safety

Classroom posts and comments must relate to learning and follow our conduct rules. Learners must not post their own or another person's last name, address, telephone number, personal email address, passwords, social media contact details, or other private identifying information. They must not request another learner's private contact information or use class features to arrange unauthorized contact outside the class.

Parents should report inappropriate content, unwanted contact, or privacy concerns to Accomplished Kids using the contact information below. We may remove content or restrict access to address safety, privacy, or conduct concerns. The classroom is an educational space and is not an emergency service.

23. Physical Products and Shipping

Parents or other adult purchasers may order physical word packs and educational materials for shipment. The adult purchaser must provide accurate recipient and shipping information. Ordering a physical product does not require the child to supply their own contact information.

The product listing or checkout will state the price, applicable shipping charges, and available shipping information. Any preorder status and expected shipping timing will be disclosed before purchase. We will notify the purchaser of shipping delays and provide cancellation or refund options when required by applicable law.

The applicable product return and refund policy will be disclosed before purchase. Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is not received. Nothing in these Terms removes rights relating to defective products or non-delivery under applicable law.

Buying a physical product does not include online class enrollment or digital classroom access unless the listing expressly includes it.

24. Website Use

You agree not to use the Accomplished Kids website to:

  • Violate applicable law;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
  • Introduce malicious software or code;
  • Interfere with website functionality or security;
  • Scrape or systematically copy protected content without authorization;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Collect information about other users without authorization; or
  • Use our website or educational resources for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect our website, users, intellectual property, or operations.

25. Availability and Technology

We work to keep our website and online resources available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Website functionality, classes, or digital resources may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, security concerns, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify website features or educational resources as our programs and technology evolve.

26. Links to Other Websites

Our website and educational materials may contain links to third-party websites or resources.

A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement of every aspect of the third-party website.

Accomplished Kids does not control the independent content, security, availability, terms, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Parents and guardians should exercise appropriate judgment when allowing children to access external resources.

27. Privacy

Your use of Accomplished Kids is also subject to our separate Privacy Policy.

Because our services and resources may be used by children under 13, parents and guardians should also review our separate Children's Privacy Notice.

Those policies explain our practices concerning personal information, children's information, parental rights, security, retention, and related matters.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and our privacy notices regarding the handling of personal information, the applicable privacy notice will control with respect to that privacy matter.

28. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our website, free resources, and educational services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, useful, and appropriate educational materials, but we do not guarantee that every website feature, resource, or service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual learner.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Accomplished Kids, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from the use of or inability to use our website or educational resources.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to consumers under applicable law.

30. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, an adult user who intentionally misuses our website, infringes our intellectual property, violates these Terms, or uses our services unlawfully may be responsible for losses or expenses reasonably resulting from that conduct.

This provision is not intended to impose contractual liability on a child for ordinary participation in Accomplished Kids educational services.

31. Suspension or Termination of Access

Accomplished Kids may suspend or terminate access to a program, account, or resource when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Serious or repeated violations of these Terms;
  • Nonpayment for a paid service;
  • Fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
  • Safety concerns;
  • Harassment or abusive conduct;
  • Material disruption of educational services;
  • Unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation of our materials; or
  • Unlawful use of our services.

When appropriate, we will communicate with the parent or guardian before or in connection with such action.

32. Changes to Programs and Services

Accomplished Kids is continuing to develop its educational programs and resources.

We may introduce new programs, change instructional formats, revise curriculum, modify schedules, update technology, discontinue programs, or otherwise modify our offerings.

For enrolled paid programs, we will seek to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects an existing enrollment.

33. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services, programs, technology, or legal obligations change.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Material changes affecting an existing paid service may also be communicated to affected families when appropriate.

Continued use of our website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. Updating these Terms does not replace any new parental notice or consent required for a material change in children's information practices.

34. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
