Use of Accomplished Kids Educational Services and ResourcesUse of Services
Accomplished Kids provides educational services, including tutoring, group classes, homeschool support, and supplemental materials, primarily delivered via Zoom and hosted through our website.
Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to register for services, or have a parent/guardian register on your behalf.
By using our services, you affirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
2. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:
Keeping your login information secure.
Ensuring that account details are kept current.
All activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present safety concerns.
3. Pricing and Payments
All pricing is clearly stated on our website.
Payments must be made in advance through our accepted methods (Square, credit card).
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Because time is specially reserved for your child, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will still be charged. This policy helps us maintain consistency for all students and respect the time of our tutors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Cancellations must be made according to the class or service-specific policy stated at the time of booking. Refunds will only be issued if:
A session is canceled by Accomplished Kids.
A valid cancellation request is submitted within the allowed window.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds outside of policy guidelines.
5. Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. All participants (learners, parents, and teachers) are expected to:
Treat others with respect.
Use appropriate language and behavior.
Follow classroom expectations and instructions.
We reserve the right to remove any user from a class or service for violations without refund.

6. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, curriculum, and content provided by Accomplished Kids are our intellectual property. You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, or reuse our materials without written permission.
Record or redistribute live classes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accomplished Kids will not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Errors, omissions, or delays in services.
Loss of data or personal information not caused by our negligence.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Privacy
