We take privacy seriously. Accomplished Kids does not ask for student locations or disclose personal details in group settings. We use secure platforms including Zoom, Nearpod, and Square. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

- All educators pass interviews and background checks
- Trained in professional conduct and virtual classroom safety
- Zero-tolerance for inappropriate behavior
🛡️ Safe Online Learning Environment
- Zoom sessions are locked down (students cannot unmute or rename themselves)
- Chat is private between teacher and student (in group settings)
- Teacher monitors and manages all participation and screen sharing
👨👩👧 Parent Involvement
Parents receive a personalized session note after each lesson outlining mood, content covered, learner response, and next steps. Open communication is welcomed.

🎓 Learner Code of Conduct
At Accomplished Kids, we create a fun, respectful, and safe place for everyone to learn. To help us all do our best, we ask every learner to follow this code of conduct during sessions:
✅ Be Ready to Learn
Join class on time and be in a quiet, distraction-free space.
Come prepared with any materials you need.
✅ Show Respect
Use kind and polite words with your teacher and classmates.
Keep your hands, words, and actions safe and appropriate—always.
✅ Use Your Tech Properly
Keep your microphone muted unless asked to speak.
Don’t rename yourself, share your screen, or use the chat for off-topic talk.
Follow teacher instructions when using Nearpod, Zoom, or any other tools.
✅ Try Your Best
Give each activity a good try—even when it’s challenging.
It’s okay to make mistakes! That’s how we grow.
❌ What’s Not Allowed
Bullying, teasing, or making others feel uncomfortable.
Sharing private information like your address or phone number.
Recording, screenshotting, or sharing anything from class without permission.
