Accomplished Kids, LLC (“Accomplished Kids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the families and learners who use our website, educational resources, and services.
Because many of our educational programs and resources are designed for children, including children under age 13, protecting children's privacy is an important part of how we design and operate our services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to parents and guardians.

1. Who We Serve
Accomplished Kids provides live online classes, tutoring, online classrooms, digital learning activities, and physical educational products, including word packs shipped to families.
Some resources may be available directly through our website without registration. Other services may be offered through Accomplished Kids or through educational marketplaces or other service providers.
Parents and legal guardians are expected to manage enrollment, purchases, scheduling, account information, and administrative communications for children under 13.
2. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how a family interacts with Accomplished Kids.
Information Provided by Parents or Guardians
Parents or guardians may provide information such as:
- Parent or guardian name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Billing and transaction information
- Recipient name, shipping address, and order details for physical products
- Learner's first name
- Educational level and information a parent provides to support instruction
- Educational needs, goals, or areas of concern
- Scheduling preferences
- Enrollment and attendance information
- Information necessary to provide educational services
Parents should provide only information reasonably necessary for us to serve their learner.
Educational Information
When a learner participates in an Accomplished Kids educational program, we may create or maintain information necessary to provide and improve instruction, such as:
- Assessment results
- Skills being practiced or mastered
- Academic progress
- Teacher or tutor notes
- Assignments or educational activities
- Learner work submitted as part of a program
- Attendance and participation information
We use this information for educational purposes and to communicate appropriate progress information to parents or guardians.
Online Classrooms and Live Meetings
Learners can access class materials and post or comment in their online classroom. We process the learner's displayed first name, posts, comments, work shared through the classroom, and account or activity information needed to provide access.
Classmates and instructors may see the displayed first name and content shared in the class area. During live meetings, participants may see and hear each other and may see information visible in the learner's background. Classroom content is intended for the enrolled class rather than public posting.
The learner's displayed first name must match the enrollment name. Learners must keep their cameras on and their faces visible throughout live class under our camera policy. Learners should not add a last name or other private identifying information to their displayed name or posts.
Class Recordings
Live classes are recorded. Recordings may contain learners' first names, images, voices, participation, and work shared during the session.
Within Accomplished Kids, recording access is limited to the owner for reviewing instruction, supporting teacher training, and investigating safety concerns or parent complaints. Recordings are not shared with enrolled families or other learners and are not publicly available. Service providers needed to process or store recordings may process their contents.
Required parental notice and consent are obtained before a child participates in a recorded session. Routine recording retention is 90 days from the session date, as described in the Data Retention and Deletion section.
Free Educational Resources
Accomplished Kids may provide free educational resources, including interactive flashcards, practice activities, games, worksheets, and similar learning materials.
Our interactive flashcards and phonogram charts do not ask learners to submit personal information to use the activity. This does not mean that hosting, security, or embedded technology processes no technical information; those practices are addressed below.
Website and Technical Information
Like most websites, our website or the service providers supporting it may automatically process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the performance of the website.
Depending on the technologies in use, this may include information such as:
- IP address
- Browser or device type
- Operating system
- General website usage information
- Pages visited
- Date and time of access
- Cookies or similar technologies
We periodically review the technologies used on child-directed portions of our website and seek to limit data collection to what is reasonably necessary for operating and protecting our educational services.
We do not knowingly use children's personal information for targeted or behavioral advertising.
3. How We Use Information
Accomplished Kids may use information to:
- Provide tutoring, classes, and educational programs
- Deliver educational resources and learning activities
- Provide classroom access, discussions, and live video instruction
- Fulfill physical product orders and arrange shipping
- Review recorded instruction and investigate safety concerns or parent complaints
- Enroll and place learners in appropriate programs
- Schedule classes or tutoring sessions
- Assess learner skills and educational progress
- Personalize instruction
- Communicate with parents and guardians
- Process authorized payments
- Provide customer support
- Maintain and improve our educational programs
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot our website
- Prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents
- Maintain records when reasonably necessary for business or legal purposes
- Comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
We do not sell children's personal information.
4. Children's Privacy
Accomplished Kids provides services and educational resources that may be used by children under age 13.
We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and other applicable children's privacy requirements.
For child-directed activities that do not require personal information, we seek to minimize collection and allow children to participate without unnecessarily providing identifying information.
When COPPA requires parental consent for collection, use, or disclosure of a child's personal information, Accomplished Kids will provide appropriate notice and obtain verifiable parental consent before that collection, use, or disclosure unless an exception permitted by law applies.
Whenever reasonably possible, information necessary to enroll or serve a child is requested from the child's parent or legal guardian rather than directly from the child.
We do not require a child to disclose more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity.

5. Parental Rights
Parents and legal guardians may contact Accomplished Kids regarding personal information collected online from their child.
Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, a parent or guardian may request to:
- Review personal information collected online from their child
- Request deletion of their child's personal information
- Refuse further collection or use of their child's personal information
- Withdraw previously provided consent
- Ask questions about how their child's information is collected, used, or disclosed

Use the parent email associated with the enrollment when possible and identify the learner by first name and class. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your authority, without requiring unnecessary personal information.
A request to stop collection or delete information may affect our ability to continue providing a service when that information is reasonably necessary to provide the service. When providing access to a child's information, we also protect information about other children.
6. Parental Consent
For paid direct enrollments involving children under 13, our parental consent process combines a parent-managed account, a clear notice of children's information practices, an affirmative consent selection during enrollment, and a payment transaction using a credit card, debit card, or other qualifying payment system that notifies the primary account holder of each transaction.
Before the child enters the online classroom or participates in a recorded class, the parent is informed about the information collected, its purposes, visibility to classmates, recording practices, and relevant disclosures. Classroom invitations are sent to the parent email used for enrollment after required consent and payment verification are completed.
A checkbox, account registration, or classroom invitation by itself does not replace verifiable parental consent. The consent process covers the practices explained to the parent; it does not authorize unrelated uses of the child's information.
We do not require a separate signed consent form when the qualifying payment-based method is used. If an enrollment does not involve a qualifying parent payment transaction, we must use another legally permitted consent method or applicable exception before collecting information from the child.
Consent for disclosures that are not integral to the service is requested separately when required. Parents may withdraw consent by contacting us.
7. Third-Party Services
We use service providers to support website hosting and security, online classrooms, video meetings and recording storage, payments, scheduling, email communications, educational tools, and product fulfillment or shipping.
Providers receive information reasonably necessary to perform those functions. For example, classroom and meeting providers may process learner names, content, images, voices, and technical information; payment providers process adult payment information; shipping providers receive the recipient and delivery information needed to fulfill an order.
The Children's Privacy Notice identifies the operators that collect or maintain children's personal information through our services and describes their roles. Accomplished Kids handles parent inquiries about these practices through the contact information below.
Information is also visible to instructors and classmates as described in the Online Classrooms and Live Meetings section. We do not make class recordings available to classmates or their families.
We evaluate tools intended for direct learner use and seek appropriate assurances regarding protection of children's information. Use of a provider does not remove our responsibilities under applicable children's privacy law. Provider terms and privacy policies may also apply.
We may disclose information when required by law or when legally permitted and reasonably necessary to address fraud, safety concerns, or protect legal rights. This does not authorize unrelated commercial use of children's information.
8. Advertising and Marketing
Accomplished Kids may market its educational services to parents and guardians.
We do not knowingly use personal information collected from children for targeted or behavioral advertising.
We do not knowingly sell children's personal information or allow children's personal information to be used for advertising profiles.
Marketing communications intended for adults may provide an option to unsubscribe or opt out where required by law.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for website functionality, security, fraud prevention, preferences, or other legitimate operational purposes.
Because portions of our website may be directed toward children, we seek to limit the use of tracking technologies on child-directed pages and periodically review the technologies operating on those pages.
We do not knowingly permit tracking technologies on child-directed portions of our website for the purpose of creating behavioral advertising profiles of children.
10. Payment Information
When Accomplished Kids accepts direct payments, payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors.
Accomplished Kids does not intend to store complete payment-card information on its own systems when payment information is processed directly by an authorized payment provider.
Payment providers process information according to their own privacy and security practices.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary for its specific purpose. Children's personal information is not retained indefinitely or for unrelated future uses.
Class Recordings
Routine class recordings are retained for 90 days from the session date for instructional review, teacher training support, and review of safety concerns or parent complaints. At the end of that period, we delete routine recordings from active storage and initiate permanent deletion, including removal from recoverable recording trash.
A recording relevant to a specific unresolved complaint, safety investigation, or legal preservation requirement may be retained beyond 90 days only for that purpose and deleted when the preservation need ends. Restricted access continues during that period.
Other Records
Classroom content, learner work, assessments, and instructional records are retained while needed to provide the enrolled services and communicate learner progress. They are reviewed for deletion when the enrollment or relevant instructional purpose ends. Account information is retained while needed to provide authorized access and administer the account.
Adult order, billing, shipping, and transaction records may be retained as required for order fulfillment, accounting, taxes, refunds, or other applicable legal obligations. These obligations do not automatically justify retaining children's recordings or classroom content for the same period.
Parents may request deletion through the process above. Any legally required preservation is limited to the information and period necessary for that requirement. We use reasonable measures to securely delete or dispose of information that is no longer needed.
12. Data Security
Accomplished Kids takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to our size, activities, and the nature of the information we maintain to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
We also seek to use service providers that maintain appropriate protections for information entrusted to them.
No online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or disclosure will never occur.
13. Photos, Videos, and Learner Content
We will not knowingly publicly post a child's identifiable photograph, video, testimonial, educational work, or similar content for promotional purposes without appropriate authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
Any authorization for promotional use of identifiable learner content will be handled separately from ordinary participation in our educational services when required. Declining optional promotional permission does not prevent ordinary participation. Owner review of recordings does not authorize promotional use or distribution to staff.
14. Communications With Learners
For children under 13, enrollment, billing, scheduling, customer-service, and other administrative communications should generally occur with the learner's parent or legal guardian.
Educational interaction between learners and instructors may occur as reasonably necessary to provide classes, tutoring, feedback, and educational activities.
Learners should not submit unnecessary personal contact information through Accomplished Kids learning activities.
15. Links to Other Websites and Educational Tools
Our website or educational materials may contain links to third-party educational websites, platforms, or resources.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and practices. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review those policies when appropriate.
We evaluate third-party tools intended for learner use before incorporating them into our programs, but Accomplished Kids does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Accomplished Kids develops new programs, resources, technologies, or privacy practices or when legal requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
If a change materially affects practices for children's personal information for which parental consent was previously obtained, we will provide additional notice and obtain new consent when required by law.
