1. Log in to ClassWallet
    Go to classwallet.com and sign in with your state-program credentials.

  2. Open Direct Pay
    From the dashboard, choose Pay VendorDirect Pay (not Marketplace).

  3. Enter Vendor Details

    • Vendor Name:Accomplished Kids LLC

    • Email (if requested):support@accomplishedkids.com

    • Service Description: “Reading Tutoring Services for [Student Name]”

  4. Enter the Amount
    Use the total shown on your Accomplished Kids invoice (e.g., package or number of sessions).

  5. Attach the Invoice (PDF)
    Click Upload/Attach and add the invoice provided by Accomplished Kids.

  6. Add Notes (Optional but Helpful)
    Example: “Direct Pay for [Student Name], [# of sessions], Accomplished Kids LLC.”

  7. Review & Submit
    Double-check vendor name, amount, and attachment, then click Submit for approval.

  8. Watch for Approval
    Your state program reviews the request (typical window: 1–7 business days). You’ll see status updates in ClassWallet and/or by email.

  9. After Approval
    Funds are released to Accomplished Kids. We’ll email you a private booking link to schedule tutoring sessions.


Quick Tips

  • Partial approvals: We’ll adjust the session plan to match the approved amount.

  • One student per request: Submit separate requests for siblings.

  • Need help? Email support@accomplishedkids.com and include your student’s name and ClassWallet request ID (if available).
