Accomplished Kids LLC – Client Agreement

Thank you for choosing Accomplished Kids LLC! We’re excited to support your child’s reading journey. Please review and agree to the terms below before booking to ensure the best experience for you and your learner.

🧠 Step One: Reading Assessment

All new students begin with a Reading Assessment to determine their current reading level and identify specific skill gaps. This ensures we can match them with the right support and create a customized learning plan.

Your child’s assessment includes:

  • Reading level placement

  • Phonics and decoding evaluation

  • Skill gap identification

  • Personalized tutoring recommendations

📅 Tutoring Structure

After the assessment, families can choose a tutoring plan that best fits their needs:

🔹 Private Tutoring Sessions – $37 per session

  • One-on-one virtual instruction

  • May be booked 1 or more times per week

  • Focus areas:

    • Word Decoding (sounding out and blending)

    • Word Mastery (sight word recognition and vocabulary)

    • Fluency (smooth, expressive reading)

➕ Add-On: Group Tutoring Sessions – $19 per session

  • Small-group sessions

  • Must have at least one private session booked per week to join

  • Focus areas:

    • Word Decoding

    • Fluency

Group sessions are designed to reinforce skills introduced in private tutoring. They are not available as a standalone option.

💻 Scheduling & Payment

  • All sessions must be prepaid at booking via Square.

  • All tutoring is conducted virtually via Zoom.

  • Weekly schedules are confirmed in advance.

⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling • Initials required

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session to receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend, the full session fee will be charged.

🕒 Tardiness Policy • Initials required

Teacher Tardiness:

  • If the teacher is over 5 minutes late, the session will be extended.

  • Over 10 minutes late? You’ll receive a refund or reschedule.

Student Tardiness:

  • Teachers wait up to 10 minutes.

  • If a student does not arrive, the teacher will record a 10-minute mini lesson and send it to the learner. 

  • Group session recordings are only sent to students who have attended at least one session on camera.

  • If no group students arrive within 10 minutes, the session will be marked as missed.

🎥 Media Use & On-Camera Policy • Initials required

  • Students must stay on camera for the full session.

  • No adults may appear on camera during group sessions. Doing so may result in session termination without refund.

  • Session footage may be used for training, marketing, or quality purposes.

  • To opt out of media use, email support@accomplishedkids.com.

  • Recording or sharing content without permission is prohibited and may result in dismissal from the program.

📱 Communication Consent • Initials required

By booking a session, you agree to receive communication via email, phone, or text related to scheduling, session reminders, and progress updates.

⚖️ Chargeback Policy • Initials required

  • Chargebacks are not accepted. Our teachers reserve time and prepare for your child in advance.

  • Chargeback attempts will be pursued in small claims court, with clients responsible for legal fees and administrative costs.

  • We offer clear communication and flexible cancellation to help resolve concerns quickly and professionally.

📈 Progress Disclaimer

Your child’s growth depends on consistency and engagement. While we are committed to helping every learner succeed, no specific academic results are guaranteed.
